Well, Hello Again

I am not writing over at http://percyjacksonforlife.blogspot.com/, because I didn't have the time and energy to post over there.  I kind of got a little ahead of myself, with all of this blog stuff.  So now, if I ever want to post about Percy Jackson again, than it will be here.  I probably won't post anything for a while, until I get some more inspiration (like when The House of Hades comes out).  I know no one reads this bog, but this is for anyone who just randomly stumbles across it.

Good Bye!

I have been invited to post on James Junkers blog, http://percyjacksonforlife.blogspot.com/.  So that is where you can find me.  I know that this blog is really lame, but his blog is AWESOME, and my posts over there will be a LOT better than over here.  You can also read my fan fiction over there.

Go check it out at http://percyjacksonforlife.blogspot.com/! Please?

Okay, that's it.
Good bye for forever, unless you go over to http://percyjacksonforlife.blogspot.com/

Fan Fiction!

Hello again.

For a while now I've had an idea for a fan fiction cross over between Percy Jackson and Harry Potter. I also don't really know what to post about, so I'm going to right this story and post little by little on this blog.

The story will be set in the school year between BotL and TLO.  It will be about Percy and Annabeth going to Hogwarts.  They're mission will be to find more demigods to bring back to Camp Half Blood, so the camp will be stronger for the approaching war.  I will try really hard to get all my facts straight and not mess up either of the series too bad.

It will be my first fan fiction, so it may not be that good.  I have also never finished a story in my life so hopefully I can break that streak.  I plan to get the first part up before Monday.

Change Is Good!

I changed the title of my blog.  The old title was "Percy Jackson Forever". That is such a lame name, there are probably a gazillion blogs out there with that name.
My new title is "Percy Jackson Awesomeness".  still not that amazing, but definitely better.  I may change it again, when I think of a more creative name.

Too Fast, Not Too Slow

My first (hopefully) interesting post.

Rick Riordan writes one book each year.  Some people say he should write them faster.  I say he should write slower.
Have you noticed that there are more grammar mistakes and less details in HoO than in PJO?  Because I have.
The HoO books are bigger than the PJO ones, there for, I think, Rick should have more time to write them.  I know that this would mean we would have to wait longer, but the book would be better.
I feel like there aren't as many plot twists in HoO as PJO, and its starting to get kind of predictable.

Those are just some of my thoughts.
Please tell me your thoughts in a comment.
Bye!

P.S.
if you haven't already, you should check out Rick Riordans blog.  http://rickriordan.blogspot.com/

Hello, Poeple of Earth!

Hi!
My name is Fiona.
I'm thirteen year old.
I'm in seventh grade.
One of my favorite series is Percy Jackson and the Olympians.
Another is Heroes of Olympus.
Both of them are by Rick Riordan.
Because you are reading this blog, I am assuming you have read both those series, or are in the process of reading them.
If you haven't already read them, or are in the process of reading them, you should go to this link:
http://www.amazon.com/Lightning-Thief-Percy-Jackson-Olympians/
And purchase the book.
O.K. your'e probably annoyed with me for making a new paragraph for each sentence.
So I am going to stop.
Like now.

I first started reading Percy Jackson when I was nine.  I forget how long it took me to read them, probably between one and two weeks to read all five.  I do remember that I read The Last Olympian in a day.  So I finished them and I went on to read other books. I liked them a lot but not enough to go online and find out if there would be more.  So I didn't know anything about Heroes of Olympus for quite awhile.
One day I went to the library, and I was combing through the kids section looking for a book to read, when I found The Lost Hero.  I picked it up and I was like, "this is by the same author as Percy Jackson and the Olympians, maby I should read it".  So I took it out and read it. It was pretty good.
I'd kind of forgotten about it, until one day I was at the book store. I was getting some other book, and I saw this display of The Son of Neptune.  So I bought it and I read it, and I couldn't wait for The Mark of Athena to come out.
Now I am dying for House of Hades to get here.

The reason I made this blog is because, about three months ago I was trying to find cool Percy Jackson websites. I found one of the official websites and there was a link to Rick Riordans blog. I clicked it, and I started to read his blog.
That gave me the idea to look for Percy Jackson Blogs instead of websites.  I've found a lot of Percy Jackson blogs, but my favorite so far is definitely http://percyjacksonforlife.blogspot.com/. Please go and check it out!
I was thinking it would be cool if I made my own blog,  but I was also thinking "there are only two more Percy Jackson books to come, it's kind of late to start a blog."  But then I found Percy Jackson Fans Unite (the link above)  and he only started that blog, like, four months ago.  So I now have a blog!

On this blog I plan to write my opinions and predictions and whatever else about Percy Jackson and his adventures.  If you are going to read this blog I have a request. You MUST comment all the time.  Even if the comment is irrelevant or pointless I don't care.  The more you comment the more I post. Thank you!

If you want to email me for some reason with an idea or something, that's fine. My email address is fionaaverde@gmail.com
Yes there are two A's type both of them.

This has probably been a long and boring post.  But I promise I blog something interesting within the next 24 hours.
Good bye for now!
